This property was perfect for what we needed and I would gladly go back again! Our room was large and comfortable with a small seating area separate from the bedroom and a good size bathroom. The staff put us on the ground floor because we had a dog and the room was near an exterior door so taking the pup for a walk was a breeze. The hotel amenities were clean and inviting - I loved that the pool and hot tub were open late into the night so we could relax before bed. The staff were lovely to interact with. Ample parking and near lots of walkable dining options and close drive to many Des Moines highlights.

biscuits and gravy breakfast with waffles is always a win. Coffee was not stellar. Staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. beds are comfy.

Very nice facility, clean and well-kept. The staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The location is great. Cracker Barrel and a mexican restaurant right next door as well as a Hyvee gas station and Wendy's . And it's near the interstate. It's a short distance from shopping too. The pool and hot tub were very nice and big. (12 person hot tub) Breakfast was good and a nice size dining room. We will stay again. There is a workout room, too, and a bonus shower in the pool area for rinsing off. And the hours for the pool are the best yet, 5am-12am🫨

Really great hotel. Double Queen rooms were huge and with 4 kids that's so much appreciated! Safe area, lots of people out exercising, our kids played ball in the empty lot out back. The only downfall was the staff wouldn't let us prop the pool door open while sitting out on the patio. There's no key card opener so you have to go around to the front, absolutely ridiculous. If they could add that or be more lax about allowing something as simple as this, I'd give 5 stars all the way around.

Breakfast was really good, there was enough variety to have something different each day. The waffle machine was up everyday and they had chocolate soy milk! The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice and big. We were close to restaurants and shopping centers.

The hotel and accommodations were wonderful! We were looking for a hotel with a pool and breakfast for a mini staycation. This checked all the boxes and was a pleasant surprise!!

The suite was large like the size of a one bedroom studio apartment. The staff was inviting and polite. Also the selection for breakfast was great.
